This kit has been specially designed and developed for the 3.0 CRD V6 OM642 and 3.0 CDI diesel engines from Mercedes JEEP and Chrysler. It will allow you to remove your EGR valve by this kit.

This kit can be installed as soon as you can, especially do not wait. Even a novice in mechanics can do it with tools, you just have to replace your EGR valve with this one.

Over time, the EGR valves become clogged and therefore reduce the internal diameter of the air flows, which results in a loss of power and poor gas regeneration.

The EGR valve is an engine element that allows part of the exhaust gases to be recycled into the intake. They are burned a second time.

This technique clogs the intake manifold and causes engine problems.

This kit was designed to be practical, it is mounted in place of the mechanical part of your EGR valve. You must remove the electrical part, then put this cap.

ATTENTION

As a general rule, until 2002-2004, no engine light is displayed. HOWEVER On later models equipped with pneumatic and electronic EGR valves, fitting this part may cause the ENGINE light to appear. We recommend reprogramming the ECU in order to completely remove the EGR function, this operation can be done by a programmer.
