Deliveries and returns

The transport of your package

All our items are shipped directly to you, delivery costs are in effect at postal rates in Metropolitan France and DOM TOM.

For other destinations, our agreements with the best providers allow us to provide you with the lowest rates for delivery.
For the rest of Europe, the delivery costs are in effect at the postal rates , whatever the distance and the weight of your order.

Finally, for more distant destinations (such as overseas departments and territories), please contact us by email before placing any order, we will send you a quote for the transport costs.

The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, delivered without signature. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.
