Here is our custom made avionics aluminum intake flap delete kit for OPEL 1.9 CDTI 16V 120hp engine (Z19DTJ)

This kit has been specially designed and developed to work with the new " Pierburg" intake manifold of the 1.9 CDTI 16V 120hp (Z19DTJ) engines from OPEL.

It will allow you to remove the 5 intake valves from their housing and therefore protect your engine from breakage.

WHEN and HOW to install our kit?

This kit can be installed as soon as you can, especially do not wait. Even a novice in mechanics can do it with tools, you just have to replace the old parts with this one.

Over time, the original intake flaps become clogged and therefore become heavier, which results in a breakage of the points of support and fixing of these flaps. If the breakage occurs with the engine running, the pieces fall directly into the engine, and the engine breaks and is destroyed.

The kit consists of 5 solid aluminum caps, turned on numerical control with the cap seals supplied installed.
