AEM E85 245 L/h Fuel Pump for Polaris RZR Turbo 2016 to 2019
This is our AEM High Flow Internal Fuel Pump. It has a flow rate of 340 liters per hour and is specially designed to be compatible with E85 ethanol E85.
AEM E85 Fuel Pump for Polaris RZR Turbo (16-19) Specifications
Specifically designed to replace the original pump of the Polaris RZR Turbo (2016-2019) without modification, this compact and efficient AEM E85 submersible pump is capable of delivering up to 245 liters of fuel per hour at a pressure of 2.7 bar (202 liters per hour at 4 bar, base pressure of the XP Turbo).
Perfectly "plug & play", the AEM pump connects directly to the original harness and offers a 44% increase in fuel pressure compared to the original (8 bars maximum pressure compared to 5.5 bars standard), as well as a flow rate 100% higher than the original base pressure of 4 bars (202 liters per hour compared to 100 liters standard).
This pump is capable of supporting up to 640 hp at 4 bar and 482 hp at 1.5 bar of boost pressure with standard gasoline (313 hp at 1.5 bar with E85). It is also fully compatible with E85 and E100 ethanol, as well as methanol up to M100. This kit contains the fuel pump, a pre-filter and instructions for use.
