This kit has been specially designed and developed to work with new " Pierburg" intake manifold for 1.9 JTD Multijet 16V 150hp (939A200) engines from ALFA ROMEO.

It will allow You to remove the 5 intake valves from its housing and therefore protect your engine from breakage.


The caps in this kit have been made in CNC aluminum so this makes them perfectly watertight.They will clip on perfectly while following the instructions included in this kit.

This kit has been specially designed and developed to work with the new " Pierburg" intake manifold of the 1.9 JTD Multijet 16V 150hp (939A200) engines from ALFA ROMEO.

It will allow You to remove the 5 intake valves from its housing and therefore protect your engine from breakage.

WHEN and HOW to install our kit?

This kit installs as soon as you can, especially don't wait. Even a person new to mechanics can do it with tools, you just have to replace the old parts with this one.

Over time, the original intake flap valves become clogged, and consequently become heavier, which results in a breakage of the retention and fixing points of these flaps. If the breakage occurs with the engine running, the pieces fall directly into the engine, and the engine is broken and destroyed.

WHAT does our kit consist of?

The kit consists of 5 full body aluminum caps, turned on numerical control with the seals of the caps delivered fitted.

Make your choice from the menu above, Diameter 18.5mm or 15mm.
