When using your vehicle in sports driving or on the track, the curved supports bend the OEM silent blocks in the triangles which consequently change the desired geometry of the car.

This can lead to slower lap times and inefficient tire usage.

It is now possible to easily maintain the desired camber on your track car with our kit from 034Motorsport

For this reason, 034Motorsport has developed steel front reinforced upper suspension arm kits, as for high-end vehicles like Porsche RS (GT2RS, GT3RS). Tested extensively on our track and hill climb vehicles.

Most cars used on the track for leisure or competition are lowered compared to the factory fitment. Lowering the car has the undesirable effect of moving the chassis lower than the natural position of the ball joint, which results in excessive lowering in cases where the wishbone is pointing upwards, at the end of the wheels.

This means you need more steering lock when cornering, the car is slow to react and doesn't feel precise.

This high density reinforced arm kit 034Motorsport have been specially designed to replace the performance of the original four arms. They feature high hardness rubber bushings and high quality Teflon ball joints, this kit has been developed to limit unwanted suspension deflection, resulting in sharper handling and smoother steering response. Please Note: Do not install ball joints with fewer than eight threads engaged in the control arm. Fewer than eight threads of engagement can cause part failure. 034Motorsport will not be responsible for any installation errors. If your alignment requires you to have less than 8 engagement threads, please contact us. The car must under no circumstances be driven with less than 8 gears engaged!

Additionally, for vehicles equipped with aluminum arms, there must be at least six threads visible between the center joint lock nut and the outer end of the threads when the lock nut is fully tightened. Threading the ball joint into the arm with fewer than six threads visible between the lock nut and the ball joint body can cause contact between the head joint lock nut and the suspension post, causing damage and failure potential. Tighten the M10 wide pan head Allen bolt to 45 ft/lbs with blue Loctite.

Control arms do not need to be removed to adjust camber. Please see the video below highlighting the ease of fit.
