Product Details:

034Motorsport has developed a range of 304 Stainless Steel Sport Catalysts designed for Audi RS5 B9 engines. Sourced from a new catalyst and TIG welded with a CNC machined mating surface was developed in-house at 034Motorsport .

After prototyping studies and CAD production, 034Motorsport is able to ensure a torque and power gain of around 15hp. Which is also characterized by a reduced response time when accelerating and a more flattering sound. A process culminates in validation while driving on the road and on the track.

• Increased power and torque throughout the powerband
• Faster turbocharger spool and faster transient response (approximately 150 to 300 rpm)
• Improved exhaust note and turbocharger sounds
• Racing catalytic converter
• Stainless steel construction with integrated inlet, outlet flanges and O2 sensor cap
• Precision machined contact surfaces
• Thermal insulation barrier

This kit is composed of:

• 1 pair of stainless steel catalysts
• 2 gaskets
• 6 x M8 x6 socket head cap screws
• 3 M8 flat washers
• 6 copper nuts

Compatible Vehicles:

• Audi RS5 B9 2.9 V6 TFSI 450hp

Note: Handle the V-joints with care, as they are easily damaged and this could result in a leak.
