As you probably know, DSG gearboxes use a so-called "wet" clutch design, which requires an oil change every 60,000km.
This filter helps maintain crucial filtration in the operation of this 02E DQ250 6-speed DSG gearbox.
It is very important that the transmission oil, also called ATF, is clean of any impurities, so that the mechatronic (DSG gearbox ECU) can order its solenoid valves to change gears and can engage properly.
