The large volume gearbox cooling kit is an interesting and efficient upgrade.

In fact, the gearbox fluid on the 6-speed DSG DQ250 is known to overheat, so the OEM cooling is often unable to bring the temperature down and this is felt when driving.

Whether for drifting, circuit, rally, 4x4 crossing etc... a gearbox cooling kit is essential to lower the temperature.

Our gearbox radiator kit will allow you to overcome this problem.

We remind you that the computer goes into degraded mode as soon as the temperature of the gearbox oil fluid exceeds 138°C, this radiator kit will allow you to avoid this degraded mode but above all will help you avoid damage the DSG DQ250 6-speed gearbox 02E / Golf 7 GTI R / A3 S3 8p 8V / Leon 3 Cupra / Octavia VRS whose clutches are no longer properly lubricated at 145°C

PLEASE NOTE This kit is NOT compatible with 7-speed DSG DQ380 & DQ381

Please note that you must connect the hoses of the water/oil exchanger as shown in photo 2.
