Our superb all-aluminum radiator for Volkswagen Golf 2 mounted with a 2.8L or 2.9L VR6 engine has been designed and produced with precise qualities and well defined as robustness, lightness and performance. The alloy of this aluminum radiator used for manufacturing comes from aeronautics, which gives it a lightness and strength specific to aeronautical aluminum.

For information, compared to a Volkswagen Golf 2 GTI radiator, the advantages of this all-aluminum model are:

  • - a significant weight gain of up to 60% of that of the original,
  • - greater strength and robustness over time ,
  • - a cooling beam greater than the original one which results in a thermal ratio 18 to 23% higher than the original radiator.

We have carried out several tests to test this radiator which consists in immersing the radiator in immersion under pressure in a basin of water in order to detect any micro-leak or other problem.

The welds are carried out with TIG.

This superb radiator is designed to make any vehicle prepared and above all subjected to extreme conditions reliable. Its use makes it an ideal partner for competition, hill climbing, prototyping, auto-cross, ....

This is an adaptable part called adaptable or second mounted, being mounted in place of the original radiator.
