The Oil Catch Can oil catcher from 034Motorsport is the most suitable solution for capturing used oil vapours.
With its unique design, this oil catch can recovers impurities in the oil vapors which normally pass through the intake. This oil recuperator also prevents excess oil in the upper engine (cylinder head) during heavy braking, which is often observed on the circuit and which leads to failures and potentially significant breakage.
So the objective is not only to condense the vapors in the bottom of the tank, it also makes sure to maintain the optimal air / fuel mixture avoiding the problem of slowly filling the intercooler (air exchanger) and intake pipe with oil. It bypasses the intake manifold port going to the PCV valve and has a tap for manifold pressure referencing for the installation of a boost gauge.
In addition, due to its Vortex capture design derived from aeronautics and high-level motorsport, recovery becomes active through a centrifugal force effect. This makes it possible to optimize the performance of this essential element for intensive use of your mechanics.
