Specifications of D2 Coilovers Street

The "Street" range is certainly the most popular at D2 Racing , with its versatile high quality coilovers. This range remains an excellent compromise between comfort and performance, the suspensions are perfectly adapted to vehicles for road and daily use, they also allow occasional practice of the circuit thanks to their wide possibilities of adjustment and adaptation, example: the height is adjustable. independent of the spring preload, which ensures efficient damping in all circumstances, down to the lowest lowering levels. Camber is also adjustable at the front via the shock absorber cup (valid for McPherson type struts only).

D2 Racing coilovers have a single-tube oil design and offer a lowering range of up to 10 to 12 centimeters depending on the model. The damping (also called "hardness") is adjustable in 36 positions. Its shock absorber body is made of aluminum, which provides them with foolproof anti-corrosion protection. In most cases, these aluminum shock absorbers are less heavy than the original, and therefore also save a few precious kilograms, weight being the sinews of war in the race!
