Explanations and operation:

PIPERCROSS is the world leader in high-tech polyurethane foam filters.

PIPERCROSS air filters promote 30% more air passage than a paper filter. Each filter is composed of 3 layers of foam of different density, from the largest to the smallest.
The foam frame has a reticular cut cell structure. This structure is produced chemically, then by strictly controlled combustion, offering precision ranging from millimeters to microns.


 With its experience in the world rally championship on Ford Focus WRC, PIPERCROSS has acquired a very high technical level concerning the design, development and manufacture of each air intake kit.

You will be able to notice that in addition to having a Racing look, the tubes are made of aluminum, which gives them great performance and simplifies the air circuit.

You will also be able to significantly increase the air flow and therefore the efficiency of combustion and the air / fuel mixture.

You can also (if available) look for the addition of high performance spark plugs , which will add and optimize your ignition circuit and therefore also increase the final performance of your engine.

This direct intake kit is delivered complete: sleeve, breather, oil canister for the retention of impurities.

It will therefore be mounted in place of the original air box.

We remind you that the filter cannot be changed, it is guaranteed for life.

however maintenance and cleaning of your filter should be carried out every 5,000 to 10,000 kilometers.

TO KNOW: It is possible that on certain vehicles the fitting of an intake kit can sometimes lead to a drop in engine efficiency due to the mechanical installation (location of the filter, poor supply of fresh air, etc.).
