This Kit will allow you to mount a 1.8Turbo 20VT engine (audi a3, golf 4, etc.) in a golf mk1 with the 3 custom engine mounts as well as the mechanical clutch kit for 02a gearbox (5 speeds).

You do not have to weld or modify anything, the kit can be used on the engine mounts of the original golf 1 (or caddy 1 and jetta 1).

However, you will need a Golf 1 with a minimum displacement of 1.5L.
