Maximum torque supported Stage 2 (NM): 650
Stage 2 clutch kits consist of a segmented 100% Kevlar 4-pad disc with steel backing. Ideal for daily use, and occasional track trips, more resistant than stage 1, to withstand more torque and a longer life. Maintains driving comfort. Steel top.
Maximum torque supported Stage 3 (NM): 750+
Stage 3 clutch kits are composed of a multi-friction disc with two carbon graphites faces 6 pads (on most references) not damped. Ideal for trail, cross, drag or Drift outings on small preparations. Maintains driving comfort. Steel top.
Warning: Sachs racing single-mass flywheels are originally intended for use on the racetrack. They offer resistance and speed of response, but they are noisy. The crankshaft operating noises are increased due to the elimination of the dual-masses. This rolling noise is even more marked on Aluminum flywheels (lighter). This noise is reduced after a break-in period but remains present.
