Performance
Air filtersBMChave been developed to increase the air flow in front of a classic paper motor filter. For example, in motorsport the filterBMCin Cotton minimizes the variation of air flow passing through the air filter, this favors the revs in power of your mechanics. Using a filterBMCyou used the same technology as the filters used in F1.
Design and materials
Advanced studies have been carried out by engineers in flow mechanics while using the best techniques in terms of development to produce the air filters.BMCthe most efficient possible. A Formula 1 filter must be very resistant and also very light, which is why they use the best possible materials as they are made of a special cotton gauze.
The filter material is soaked in low viscosity oil to give you the best air permeability.
Advanced technology
The staff ofBMChas developed a particular system based on the flexible rubber molding which gives this red appearance around the filtersBMC.
They are made in one piece without welded joints in the corners, thus avoiding the risk of breakage of this material. This system, called "Full Molding", is the result of R&D in F1 and is indicative of the technical and qualitative specificities of air filters straight from .BMC.

Air filtersBMCadvantageously replace conventional filters. They are mounted in place of your old filter in the original air box, they require no modification.
High performance models, they allow greater air flow and thus contribute to improving the efficiency of your engine for better combustion. Air filtersBMCare made from multi-layered cotton gauze soaked in a low viscosity oil and caught between two aluminum grids treated with epoxy to prevent oxidation. Dusts and other particles are captured and immobilized by cotton fibers soaked in low viscosity oil.
