Supertech Golf 4 Golf 5 R32 241hp 250hp valves

Here is our Kit of 24 Supertech forged high performance SUPERTECH , compatible with:

• Golf 4 R32 241hp
• Golf 5 R32 250hp

In this pack the valves are forged and in INCONEL. They also receive a nitrided treatment.

Nitriding is a gas treatment which consists in making nitrogen penetrate into the steel then, the nitrogen forms nitrides with the iron and the alloying elements, the nitrides are very hard ceramics.

Nitriding makes it possible to obtain a high hardness of the surface favoring a high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion and seizing. Fatigue resistance is increased mainly by the development of compressive surface stresses

The nitrided treatment on Supertech valves increases the hardness of the surface by improving resistance:

• to wear
• to friction
• seizing
• corrosion

The pack contains:

• 6 INCONEL long Supertech single groove intake valves
• 6 INCONEL short Supertech single groove intake valves
• 6 INCONEL long Supertech single groove exhaust valves with nitrided treatment
• 6 short INCONEL Supertech single groove exhaust valves with nitrided treatment
