Specifications:

• High temperature NiCrFe based alloy is used for the valve. The body of the wastegate is made of 347SS stainless steel which offers a longer life compared to competing models.
• the membrane is reinforced with high temperature silicone thanks to Nomex.
  
• The springs are made of PH stainless steel which ensures constant pressure at high temperature, resists expansion at a temperature of 900F (483C).
  
• Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat and valve guide, it is a highly reinforced steel.
  
• The flanges supplied to weld are in 304L steel
• 6 threads are present on the body of the wastegate, 3 at the top and 3 at the bottom, in order to facilitate the connection of the turbo pressure pipe without having to constrain or to turn the wastegate after assembly (which is often the case)
  
• One of the smallest wastegates and compact in size thanks to its height of 10.2cm.
  
• Integration of 2 4AN connections that recycle a small amount of coolant through the top of the wastegate to maintain stable temperatures in extreme conditions such as road racing.
