Specifications:
- The alloy is 304L or 1018 high temperature steel is used for the valve.
- The body of the wastegate is made of 347SS stainless steel which offers a longer life compared to competing models.
- the membrane is reinforced with high temperature silicone thanks to Nomex.
- The springs are 17-7 PH stainless steel which ensures constant pressure at high temperature, resist expansion at a temperature of 900F (483C).
- Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat and valve guide, it is a highly reinforced steel.
- The flanges supplied to weld are in 304L steel
