CTS Turbo Intake Kit for BMW F20 F21 M135i and F22 F23 M235i

After a long R&D process, CTS Turbo is happy to release our new air intake system for the BMW M135 and M235 F20 equipped with the famous N55 engine!

This is the first admission for F20 N55. For what? Because almost every other intake kit on the market will result in poor operating conditions due to an incorrectly shaped MAF housing.

What do we mean?

Your factory MAF housing is shaped like a hexagon, when you use a circular housing in place of the hexagon, unwanted side effects occur such as incorrect MAF readings, erratic idling and downshifting ( particularly visible on cars equipped with ZF automatic gearboxes), and finally, but notably, BAD FUEL MILEAGE.
The reason is that the “DME” (computer) is not getting correct airflow readings due to the incorrect shape of the MAF housing.

What have we done to resolve this problem?

We have tested developed and cast our own aluminum MAF housing in a hexagonal shape to ensure your car can measure air as well as possible in stock form.

The OEM air intake works in conjunction with our air box to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system. The air then flows through our 3.5-inch high-flow air filter, which uses an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.

Our 3.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections.

All components included in our CTS TURBO air intake kit work seamlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the power band and an aggressive, race-inspired sound.
