WHEN and HOW to install our kit?

This kit can be installed as soon as you can, so don't wait. Even a person new to mechanics can do it with tools, you just have to replace the old parts with this one.

Over time, the original intake flap valves become clogged, and consequently become heavier, which results in breakage of the holding and fixing points of these flaps. If the breakage occurs with the engine running, the pieces fall directly into the engine, causing breakage and destruction of the engine.

The kit consists of 6 avionics aluminum valves made on a digital machine in FRANCE, as well as their 6 seals from VICTOR REINZ and the large intake O-ring.

WARNING: There is no way to know the diameter mounted on your vehicle before dismantling, this was done randomly at the factory. You will therefore have to dismantle the collector in order to measure the diameter of your valves in order to order the correct kit.
