Here is our 22mm removal kit for the 4 intake valves made to measure in avionics aluminum for BMW Series 1 E87 120D and Series 3 E46 318D 318Td 320D 320Cd 320Td equipped with an M47N and M47N2 engine.

This kit has been specially designed and developed for BMW 1.8d and 2.0D 4-cylinder Turbo M47N and M47N2 diesel engines.

It will allow you to remove the 6 intake valves from their housing and therefore protect your engine from breakage.

The caps in this kit have been made from CNC aluminum so this makes them perfectly waterproof. They will clip in perfectly while following the instructions included in this kit.

WHEN and HOW to install our kit?

This kit can be installed as soon as you can, so don't wait. Even a person new to mechanics can do it with tools, you just have to replace the old parts with this one.

Over time, the original intake flap valves become clogged, and consequently become heavier, which results in breakage of the holding and fixing points of these flaps. If the breakage occurs with the engine running, the pieces fall directly into the engine, causing breakage and destruction of the engine.

WHAT does our kit consist of?

The kit consists of 4 avionics aluminum valves made on a digital machine in FRANCE, as well as their 6 seals from VICTOR REINZ and the large intake O-ring.

PLEASE NOTE: Unlike low-cost caps imported from Asian countries, which can be found on certain sites, Dynaparts caps, made in France, are not covered with a layer of Chrome. It is not uncommon to see this thin shiny layer of poor quality finish come off and scratch the cylinders, valves and damage your engine where you were trying to save it from breakage. With our caps, no risk !
