GFB's EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) Extension Kit is a direct plugin to our existing D-FORCE 3006 Special Diesel BOOST CONTROLLER ELECTRONIC, adding a critical exhaust temperature to display on your D-Force display unit existing for a seamless integrated solution.
The kit includes an exhaust thermocouple probe, sensor module, and solder adapter, which is all you need to get you going.
Only suitable for turbos using traditional relief valve, not VNT.

For use with turbo diesel engines that use an air operated relief valve (not suitable for use with VNT / VGT or electronic actuators)

Boost control starts with a massive 50 psi (3.5 bar) capacity, and the 6 individually configurable presets allow enough settings to suit any riding condition. Presets can be selected at the push of a button or triggered remotely, and for each preset, it is possible to adjust the peak increase, amplification rise rate, and closed loop correction strength.
This means that you can change how much boost you have, how quickly the boost is activated, and how hard the controller will correct for variations in boost.
Our unique 'jamming' feature allows you to switch to a dedicated boost preset for a user adjustable amount of time and can be activated on screen or remotely using any type of switch, button or ECU output. programmable. The uses of this feature are only limited by your imagination - you can increase or decrease the boost based on time, with a button or manual switch, or trigger automatically based on engine conditions. For example, use a toggle switch for boost up / down, the steering wheel / gearshift knob for push-to-pass, use the timer for launch control, or decrease the boost pressure if your temperature is low. high oil / water or water / methanol system.
An important point of difference with the GFB EBCs is the simple and intuitive user interface. Using capacitive touch buttons, scrolling text, and a logical menu layout, you'll find our EBCs a pleasure to use. VNT / VGT turbos are typically found on newer diesel engines (rarely used on gasoline engines), and often the actuator can look like a dump valve actuator. If you are not sure about your turbo type, please consult us before purchasing.

I have been an engineer for 35 years, including 10 years in the manufacturing of components for the automotive market, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). I've been determined to push the limits of high performance engines ever since I tinkered with my Mini Cooper S in the '80s.
When I bought my WRX in 1997, I decided to tie a knot and get serious. At first, I bought components “off the shelf”. Most of them were expensive and imported. In fact, this was also true for those made in Australia. However, nothing compared to the quality I knew they should be, as they were made of inferior materials and generally poor workmanship, and didn't give me the performance gains I was looking for.
So I started to design, test and develop “GO FAST BITS”, a range of innovative and high quality purge valves, boost controllers, pulley kits and short selectors. These products, unlike what was previously available, have been meticulously designed and made from the highest quality materials, performing as they were designed.
Performance doesn't have to be a compromise - parts need to fit properly and deliver real performance results, without making the car difficult for day-to-day life.
