Corrado VR6 aluminum radiator with flat fans

Our superb all-aluminum radiator for Corrado VR6 2.9L has been designed and manufactured with precise and well-defined qualities such as robustness, lightness and performance. The alloy of this aluminum radiator used for manufacturing comes from aeronautics, which gives it a lightness and robustness specific to aeronautical aluminum.

For information, compared to a Corrado VR6 radiator, the advantages of this all-aluminium model are:

• - a significant weight saving of up to 40% of the original weight,
• - greater solidity and robustness over time ,
• - a cooling core larger than the original, resulting in a thermal ratio 14 to 21% higher than the original radiator.

We have several tests carried out to test this radiator which consist of submerging the radiator under pressure in a basin of water in order to detect any micro-leaks or other problems.

The welds are made using TIG.

This superb radiator is designed to make any vehicle prepared and especially subjected to extreme conditions more reliable. Its use makes it an ideal partner for competition, hill climbing, prototyping, autocross, etc.

This is an adaptable part, called an adaptable or second-fit part, which is fitted in place of the original radiator.
