Our new Turbo TTE430 was imagined and designed for the Porsche Cayman and Boxster 718 2.0
Design and improvement
The formula for making a TTE430 starts with a much larger forged Turbo Billet wheel, chosen because it is very efficient, and also a new generation type with ultra thin blades, creating extremely high throughput for a comparative size, this which results in a very wide compressor wheel. The TTE430 produces a maximum airflow of 305liters per second compared to a stock turbo which produces 500 (estimate). The intake pipes included with this upgrade were CNC made and hand finished to match and smooth the transition to the larger turbo inlet opening to reduce turbulence and maximize speed.
We also offer curved spindles specially designed for stock turbines, a grinding process at the tips of the turbine fins, curved to relieve process and clipping stress. The length reduces the area of the blade, which increases the gas flow and thus decreases the back pressure, decreases the temperatures of the exhaust gases. Stronger high boost level. This process also gives a secondary advantage in removing some material, lightening the impeller, thus reducing the time of inertia improving the rotating mass. Dyno's showed little to no loss in response against stocks, but huge gains in horsepower and torque.

Balancing
Accurate balancing of ALL TTE TURBOS is a critical key factor. We strive to maintain a level of balance superior to those of the manufactures in order to obtain a much more durable longevity which results from it of an increased performance. Good balance also improves acoustics.
First the parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800rpm with several bearing using our specific machines, then the components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on our application at up to 250,000rpm with multiple bearings using our in-house VSR machine to achieve the perfect balance.
Our balances are much rigorous and higher than OEM standards. Each turbocharger comes with the balance test result document and a specific serial number.
