This battery was designed for use in competition, it will allow you to save space and weight. Indeed, it contains more energy while having the same volume. Its construction is solid, in particular thanks to the internal reinforced welds.
This battery will allow you to start even with only 20% of the capacity. Its residual capacity is greater as well as its mass efficiency is higher, at least 30%.
Its storage without use is 2 years maximum.
Little STR Performance Tip
For your battery to last longer, it is essential to keep it close to full charge, i.e. around 12 V. To ensure a correct charge, it is essential to use a specific charger for these batteries, such as C-Tek, which ensures a 100% charge (or even 108% on some models). Please note that a conventional charger will ensure a charge of up to 80% of your SHIDO battery.
Little tips from Team STR PERFORMANCE never use a battery indicating a voltage lower than 11.50V! Failure to follow these instructions will result in the warranty not being applied.
