After a long CAD development based on the 3D scan of the OEM engine cradle, tested with the CAD FEA method (finite element method) and on the road, you can now buy a cradle for the front of your Audi TT TS TTRs 8J cars. List of cars below.
We use the same T45 tubing as in WRC cars, our wishbones provide increased stiffness and extra adjustability. All factory parts are bolted to this unit, no other modifications are necessary.
"T45" tubing is a very unique seamless carbon base steel tubing that has been used in many applications across different industries. It is stronger than the Co-Mo 4130 tube also used in motorsport.
It is widely used in the aerospace industry and in equipment such as pilot seats and crew seats due to the materials ability to withstand high G-forces without cracking or splitting.
This material is carbon and manganese based and conforms to aerospace specifications as defined by British Standards.
This cradle is compatible for LHD (left-hand drive) and RHD (right-hand drive) vehicles.

Hardness test: 201min - 262 max HB or 210min - 275max HV
You must use a new Gen3 steering rack. See image below. The old rack was fitted in some cars before 2008. It is possible to replace the old rack with a new one. Gen3 rack connector requires wiring harness 1K2 971 111 AJ, when installed in a car with a Gen 1 or Gen 2 rack.
