Wagner Tuning Evolution intercoolers are CAD designed. Each intercooler is flow tested to ensure maximum cooling with minimal pressure loss, resulting in the highest possible power and torque.

Our engineers have increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core, as well as improved the design of the final ducts to eliminate OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow and higher charge cooling properties. Constructed with the highest quality "Bar & Plate" intercooler cores and combined with cast aluminum and CNC machined ends for high performance air-to-air cooling and optimum reliability.

* Vehicles with engine code: AXD, AXE, BLJ, BRR, BRS must be converted to the following charge air pipe (7H0 145 955 L) on the driver's side.
