Among the basic rules of automobile preparation, air intake is an essential element. The primary objective being to drive the coolest air possible into the engine, it is necessary to prevent the ambient air, and therefore the temperature of the engine bay, from moving towards the intake throttle.

PLEASE NOTE: For the Golf 5 GTI certain elements must be taken into account:

• Be equipped with the series assembly with engine cover and separate air box and not with the complete engine cover which also includes the intake.
• Mounting on Turbo K03 is feasible but depending on the configuration, an adaptation must be considered for the connection. Please contact us.
• If your vehicle is equipped with the assembly with complete engine cover, the APR intake hose will be essential. it is available HERE
