RacingLine Cold Air Intake Kit delivers cool and cold air from outside the engine bay directly to your engine through a high flow, free flowing intake tube.
RacingLine cold air intake system replaces the standard factory intake with a complete, high efficiency, high flow intake system.
Developed for use in our Volkswagen Racing cars, the RacingLine system offers truly impressive airflow gains, up to 9% higher in peak horsepower than the stock intake system.
By reducing the turbo speed up to 500rpm in some cases due to the increased efficiency of the system, super-fast turbo response is guaranteed.
The plug uses a fully enclosed black anodized aluminum flange which contains the high flow triple layer conical filter.
As a dynamic air intake, it draws cold, dense air directly from the front edge of the front panel below the leading edge of the hood.
During this time, the intake kit is completely sealed which means that the intake air comes only from outside the engine compartment, not the hot air from the engine compartment which, on the other hand, can affect the designs of admission not closed.
Make no mistake, you'll hear the rich induction sound of this purebred intake system as soon as you accelerate hard for the first time.
With the increased airflow of this system, you won't miss the sound of your dump valve opening when you release between gears.
