List of products by brand KENTCAMS

Formed as a result of the motorsport boom of the 1960s, Kent Performance Cams has grown from a fledgling idea nurtured by two engineers - Bob Munt and Bob Fry - to a world-renowned specialist camshaft manufacturing outfit, a camshaft manufacturing house capable of producing competition engine components to strict quality control criteria whilst remaining cost effective, a policy we continue to this day. Bob Fry - who took full control of the business in 1989 - has since taken a back seat in the running of the company, leaving a team of engineers led by Tony Woodward, Andy Burns and Graham Watts responsible for the further development of the camshaft. Other key personnel include Sales Director Del Johnson and our specialist machine shop manager Dave Speller.

Simply put, KENTCAMS are manufacturers of all types of camshafts, specialising in motorsport, small series, pre-production prototypes and one-offs. Our in-house manufacturing expertise extends to valve retainers, adjustable cam pulleys, valve guides, chain sprockets, poly-V belt pulleys, cam followers and shims. We also offer a range of bespoke valve springs and are Europe’s largest ARP dealer.

Our experience in the performance engine tuning industry helps maintain our position as the leading manufacturer and designer of motorsport camshafts in Europe. In virtually every form of motorsport (from World Touring Cars to Offshore Powerboats, from Global Rallycross to WRC, from Classic, Historic and Veteran to Tractors) there are competition engines that currently benefit from our precision grinding expertise. You may not need our level of technology, but it is reassuring to know that our camshafts are currently used in WRC, WTCC, WSB, BSB, ERC, ETCC, BTCC.
