ZRP connecting rods are made of very high quality 4340 steel, the bottom rings use AMPCO 18 alloy guaranteeing excellent wear resistance.

They are also shot peened to reduce material stress and undergo heat treatment.

Their advanced design helps reduce internal friction while optimizing engine behavior for better acceleration response.

Each set comes with ARP 2000 connecting rod bolts capable of withstanding 220,000 psi (15,000 bar). Optional ARP L19 bolts rated up to 260,000 psi (18,000 bar) are also available.

ZRP offers two types of connecting rod shapes:

H-Shape: H-shaped design provides increased rigidity under vertical load. The best-selling option among forged connecting rods .

I-Shape: Tapered I-beam rods are designed to distribute loads more evenly, increasing load capacity, while maintaining low weight and increased piston clearance.
