In addition to the reduction in the rotation of the masses, the compressor pulleys designed and machined with a diameter of 179mm or 190mm from 034Motorsport lower than the original one will allow much faster rotation of the supercharger compressor of your 3.0 TFSI engine .
With a diameter of 57.7mm, the 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI supercharger pulley is significantly smaller than the original one in order to increase the compressor drive ratio. Running the supercharger faster increases boost pressure throughout the rev range, resulting in increased horsepower and torque throughout the power band when paired with Stage 2.
The 034Motorsport supercharger pulley upgrade is intended for use with a Stage 2 remap and is also designed to maintain the Eaton TVS 1320 supercharger at its maximum recommended boost speed with a redline of 7200 rpm.
The advantages are multiple such as greatly improved throttle response, sharper revs, power and torque are also increased with these easy to use and install elements.
