Our pair of 2 front replica reinforced suspension triangles from VERKLINE for Audi Sport Quattro S1 is installed in place of the old triangles without modifications.

For quattro cars that need unchanged geometry in all road, gravel and track conditions, as the original wishbones are pressed and steel and have a tendency to bend if used in Difficult conditions. The replica wishbones that we offer will allow you to adjust the camber fairly wide for use on the track. It offers up to 2mm more camber adjustment.

In addition, Audi Sport's replica wishbone suspension kit moves the wheel towards the front of the car, resulting in better handling of the car. The aluminum ball joint support is a perfect replica and it is perfectly identical to the original. They are suitable for rally stages and for track use when the stock wishbone gives up.

They provide the greater strength needed to withstand the much greater stresses and substantial geometry changes also become essential for efficient use of your quattro vehicle. Tested on our racing and rally cars.

This Kit includes:

  • 2 triangles for front axle (please specify if your pivots are type B2 or split type B3 / B4 - see photos 3 and 4 )
  • 2 aluminum ball joint supports milled on a CNC machine and black anodized
  • 2 Fluro sport regreasable bearings (22 mm hole)
  • 2 steel pins to connect to OEM spacers ( front - please indicate 17mm, 18mm or 19mm pin )
  • 4 galvanized steel locking plates to secure the aluminum ball joint brackets
  • Kit screws required for mounting the ball joint brackets and steel pins

Characteristics :

  • - Allows massive camber adjustment (up to 25mm longer than OEM) and wider track
  • - Gives an additional roulette wheel. Audi B2 OEM caster is 1.25 and with our wishbone it is 2.65

  • - Works with Audi Sport uprights (22mm bolt)
  • - Prepared to work with an additional swing arm (front)

  • - On the contact area between the aluminum ball joint support and the inside of the triangle, the area is knurled for better grip of the support
  • - To be used with 37 mm diameter rings for mounting the triangle on the subframe

Bender and milling machine for processing pipes. The pipes are milled, the metal plate is stamped, the pipe ends are pressed and flattened for fixing the rings, the plugs and elbows are laser cut, the rings are turned and ground, the rocker arm is welded into the tool welding, dimensional tolerances: + 0.03 mm, concentricity tolerance 0.01 mm, tolerances are checked on a separate measuring device.

Knurling is carried out on a press by inserting the mass of material - 80 metric tons. MIG welding is used to connect all pipes together to replicate the Audi Sport manufacturing process. The triangle is made of reinforced steel and painted with black powder.

Note: Front wishbones greatly increase the caster angle.
