Oil Pump Balance Shaft Removal Kit

In our opinion, this is certainly the most IMPORTANT modification to make your 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine more reliable!!!

As you know, the known weakness of the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines is in the oil pump balance shafts.

This balance shaft failure can happen on all EA113 engines without exception, even on low mileage engines.

You should know that the breakage of the balance shafts causes a drop in the oil pressure of your engine, resulting purely and simply in the total destruction of the engine.

To overcome this problem, here is the VIS MOTORSPORT kit, it allows you to permanently eliminate the weakness at the level of the oil pump balance shafts and to permanently make your engine more reliable at this location. No more risk of breakage with the kit from VIS MOTORSPORT

When you remove the rotating mass from the stock balance shaft of your oil pump, it frees up a few extra horsepower but that's not all, more importantly, it also speeds up your engine. This also gives you extra oil which is designed to prevent any oil starvation to keep your engine healthy for longer.

Please note that the VIS kit removes approximately 2.5 kg of rotating weight from your engine. Just the simple weight reduction gives you a small performance gain of 10 to 15hp (data provided by VIS MOTORSPORT), but the most significant gain necessarily comes from a reduction in the rotating masses of the engine.

By reducing the weight of the rotating masses, your engine is pulling less stuff, so it revs more easily to release extra power.
