Known for its electronic management system for integral transmissions, since 2011 its activity has been reduced to the development of air braking and suspension systems, hydraulic systems and fuel transfer pumps. With 10 production sites all over the world, its market extends mainly to the United States, Europe, then consolidates in South America and Asia, particularly Brazil and China.
The division Traction Systems (electronically controlled all-wheel drive) was sold on December 11, 2010 to the American BorgWarner for 205 million dollars.
Following on from the strategic changes initiated in July 2010, the two remaining divisions are on the path to independence to form the new Haldex group.
