Control box with remote control for HALDEX Gen 4

Here is our Control cable with remote control for HALDEX Performance GEN II and GEN IV boxes (not compatible with RACE Gen.4 box)

This control cable with its remote control will allow you to manage the traction of your vehicle as well as possible.

The remote control allows you to switch between 3 preset tuning modes with the remote switch.

The remote has a memory function that always keeps the last selected chord until the next time you press a button on the remote control switch.

The remote will beep once confirming that the remote switch signal has been received. The sound signal can be deactivated if desired.

The remote control receiver box slides into the trunk very easily.

This product is a Haldex / Borgwarner performance control tool. It is useless on its own, and is of course not compatible with the original boxes.

Gen 2 = Street, Sport, Race

Gen 4 = Eco, Stock, Race

Not compatible with the GEN4-Race version

How can you differentiate a 2nd and 4th generation Haldex?

Look at the VAG reference inscribed on the bridge and refer to our notes:

• 0X V 525554 .. = 2nd generation
• 0X Y 525554 .. = 4th Generation
• 0X R 525554 .. = 4th Generation
• 0X S 525554 .. = 4th Generation

Generation I (1998-2002)

• Audi A3, TT; VW Golf, Bora, Sharan, Beetle; Seat Leon, Alambra; Skoda Octavia.

Generation II (2002-2004)

• Audi A3, TT; VW Golf, Passat, Multivan; Seat Altera, Freetracker, Skoda Octavia; Bugatti Veyron ; Ford Freestyle, 500; Mercury Montego; Volvo S40, V50, S60, V70, XC70, S80, XC90.

Generation III (2004-2007)

• Land Rover Freelander; Volvo S60, V70, XC70, S80, XC90.

Generation IV (2007-2012)
