0.205mm injector nose for 1.9L TDI 90hp 110hp engine

The price is for a single nose, please select the quantity required for your engine (4, 5 or 6 injectors)

They are supplied with new copper seal

Data for information (with original pump 10mm):

0.216 - planned for 165hp
0.230 - planned for 175hp
0.240 - planned for 185hp
0.260 - planned for 205hp
0.275 - planned for 220hp
0.341 - intended for 250hp+

An 11mm pump gives you in theory +20hp and a 12mm 50hp (theoretical data depending on your settings, mapping, reprogram etc...)

Injector nozzles from 0.205 to 0.230 remain the right compromise for a vehicle equipped with a 1.9L tdi 90hp or 110hp engine, with turbo and stock engine, almost no smoke with good reprogramming.

For slightly more "hard" reprogramming, we recommend the 0.240mm 0.260mm.

The injector nozzles from 0.275 to 0.300 are for large turbos and pump heads in 11 or even 12mm are mandatory, so heavy preparation.

It is up to you to calibrate them as well as to manage your vehicle in order to use the full power of your new injector nozzles.
