A PCV is aengine rocker cover gas recovery system. Also called Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) in English, this is a system that recycles the gases present in the crankcase and thus prevents them from being released directly into the atmosphere.

These gases come from engine oil and combustion gases which escape in small quantities between pistons and cylinders. The extraction is variable and is controlled by the PCV valve. The gases are then routed to the intake manifold to be burned there.

It is well known that on 2.0L TFSI EA113 engines, the PCV valve has a diaphragm which is very fragile and often tears, especially on reprogrammed vehicles.

This fault may cause a loss of turbo pressure, smoke or the like. Couplethe assembly of an oil catch tank as a more expensive alternative,APRhas developed this PCV Delete which will return the vapors directly to the Oil Recuperator.

The PCV Delete CNC fromAPRis beautifully machined in the usual racing spirit to give a sense of wonder and exceptional product experience. The PCV Delete made with a CNC laser fromAPRmounts in place of the OEM plastic version without effort, and so pretty when screwed in place with its connection to the oil collector.

Made from a 5-axis machine, this PCV Delete is crafted from 6061 aluminum and is anodized in black for a durable, high-quality finish.
