A PCV is a gas recovery system from the engine rocker cover. Also called in English Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV), this is a system which allows the gases present in the engine crankcase to be recycled and thus prevents them from being released directly into the atmosphere.

These gases come from engine oil and combustion gases which escape in small quantities between the pistons and cylinders. The extraction is variable and is controlled by the PCV valve. The gases are then routed to the intake manifold to be burned.

It is well known that on 2.0L TFSI EA113 engines, the PCV valve has a membrane which is very fragile and which often tears, especially on reprogrammed vehicles.

This defect may cause a loss of turbo pressure, smoke or something else. Coupled with the installation of an oil catch tank as a more expensive alternative, CTS Turbo has developed this PCV delete which will return the vapors directly to the outlet of the rear PCV port (exhaust manifold)

The PCV Delete CNC from CTS TURBO is beautifully machined in the usual Racing spirit to give a feeling of wonder and an exceptional product experience. The CNC laser-made PCV Delete from CTS TURBO mounts in place of the plastic OEM version in an effortless “click”, and looks so pretty once screwed in place.

Manufactured on a 5-axis machine, this PCV Delete is made from 6061 aluminum and is anodized in gloss black for a durable, high quality finish.
