034Motorsport Reinforced Engine Mounts for Audi RS4 B5 V6 2.7 Biturbo 380cv / Volkswagen Passat B5 1.8T 20VT 150cv

As on any vehicle and more particularly sports models, prepared for leisure or competition, engine mounts are critical points on the behavior of the mechanics. The most developed engines impose significant constraints to transmit their power to the transmission and therefore to the ground. A lot of efforts that over time will weaken the original rubbers which will eventually crash or tear. This will cause inappropriate movement of the engine in its compartment. In the same way, the alignment of the transmission with the elements of the gearbox, is a capital element. Good alignment ensures precision when changing gears and a good locking feeling once the gear is engaged. A return to the driver or pilot who can make the most of the performance level of his mechanics. Hence the development of these supports by 034Motorsport which depending on the different settings of the competition vehicle and depending on the discipline practiced, will optimize the alignment of the transmission.

The resulting level of performance will inevitably be higher due to the percentage of rigidity conferred by these supports developed in the field by 034Motorsport.

This kit is composed of:

• Two Reinforced Motor Supports with 8mm or 10mm mounts.

NOTE: For the Drag, mounting 10mm is recommended, but will require drilling the original engine mounts to allow the pivot.

A noise and vibration inconvenience is to be expected due to the increased rigidity of the engine mounts.
