In February 2008, control of the OMP brand was transferred to "Gruppo Racing SpA", a company owned 60% by the SAYE SpA holding company of the Genoese brothers Alberto and Paolo Delprato, 31% by MPS Venture SGR (Monte dei Paschi di Siena Group) and 9% by MFO Racing SA
