THE DESCRIPTION

We are proud to announce the release of our premium hybrid ball bearing turbo with stainless steel exhaust housing for 2015+ MQB platform vehicles.

This high performance hybrid turbo was designed by CTS engineers to meet customer demand for a direct bolt-on turbo for their existing IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbocharger. Instead of trying to cram a CHRA from a Mitsubishi into a factory sump, we redesigned and cast our exclusive STAINLESS STEEL exhaust sump to accommodate a larger MFS turbo wheel. The compressor cover has also been custom made and contoured to accept a very popular TD06 Billet compressor wheel, ensuring the turbo can reliably handle up to 2.2 Bar with a very efficient spool. We have upgraded the CHRA to a dual heat resistant ceramic ball bearing. Finally, we finished the assembly by balancing it on a VSR high-speed balancer.

This is an all-new turbocharger; no returns or deposits from your turbo are necessary. You just have to collect your actuator and your turbo outlet fitting for installation. Mapping will be required and it is available from most tuners.

WARRANTY INCLUDED

6 months

CTS turbochargers are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of invoice. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damage, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage resulting from racing. Warranties apply only to the original owner. If a product is found to be defective, the customer will receive, at CTS Turbo's option, a free repair or replacement. The warranty of other manufacturers will be treated according to their conditions.
