Here is our ultimate kit for your 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine. The billet CNC rocker cover in combination with our Catchtank kit.
There is no better solution for minimizing intake valve carbonization. The kit gives your engine compartment a better look and is also very useful.
Excessively clogged intake valves can lead to significant engine damage due to valve rupture!
Coking at the intake valves and in the intake tract is caused by long-life oils, low-quality fuel, and frequent short-distance operation.
In general, coking cannot be prevented, only delayed. This is why we recommend that you install our kit to combat dirty gases.
The system is completely closed. With the kit, oil vapors from the crankcase and vent block are directed to the recovery tank. All gases enter the recovery tank, are filtered and returned via a special pipe to the intake, upstream of the turbocharger (only for K03 and K04 turbochargers).
The kit is composed of:
- 1x black CNC rocker cover
- 1x open oil tank, size: 140 mm x 80 mm
- 1x support for the Catchtank
- 1x 2 meter Dash 10 lines with nylon fabric (particularly oil resistant)
- 2x Dash 10 45° connection
- 2x Dash 10 90° connection
- 2x NPT on Dash 10 90° adapter for Catchtank
- 1x Boost gauge adapter for intake manifold
- 1x Engine Breather Turbocharger Adapter
- 1x Dash 10 engine breather block adapter
- 1x Hose Recirculation Pipe Turbocharger
- 2x hose clamps
- 1x roll of Teflon tape
Note for use in cold climates:
The Catchtank is designed primarily for a warm climate.
In winter, at temperatures below 0°C, the condensation that forms in the system can freeze. This will cause an increase in crankcase pressure, which could cause engine damage. We recommend checking and draining the Catchtank system more frequently during the winter, or removing it completely during the cold period.
