When an engine is prepared, its efficiency being revised upwards, temperature constraints become more and more present. It is therefore essential to favor significant cooling of certain organs. For this purpose, 034Motorsport has developed a Phenolic gasket which is the best material that can be used to minimize the heat exchange between the intake and the engine.

This 12mm thick shim, CNC machined by 034Motorsport , is therefore an undeniable alternative to best optimize the performance of your prepared engine.

On our dynamometer we noticed an increase in power of 1 to 4% compared to an original configuration.

In addition, it is much superior to a material like UHMW (NYLON) because it keeps its shape and therefore does not cause burrs in the intake tract, which would reduce engine efficiency.
