RacingLine Cold Air Intake Kit delivers cool and cold air from outside the engine bay directly to your engine through a high flow, free flowing intake tube.
RacingLine cold air intake system replaces the standard factory intake with a complete, high efficiency, high flow intake system.
Developed for use in our Volkswagen Racing cars, the RacingLine system offers truly impressive airflow gains, up to 9% higher in peak horsepower than the stock intake system.
By reducing the turbo speed up to 500rpm in some cases due to the increased efficiency of the system, super-fast turbo response is guaranteed.
The plug uses a fully enclosed black anodized aluminum flange which contains the high flow triple layer conical filter.
As a dynamic air intake, it draws cold, dense air directly from the front edge of the front panel below the leading edge of the hood.
During this time, the intake kit is fully sealed which means that the intake air comes only from outside the engine compartment - not the hot air from the engine compartment which, on the other hand, can affect engine designs. admission not closed.

Racingline R600 direct intake kits are now supplied with 2 choices of Filter, either foam or cotton.
The cotton filter requires cleaning with an aerosol, the cotton is oiled in advance, just maintenance every 10 or 15,000 km or 1 year.
The foam filter needs a blow of the blower in the suction direction of the motor every 15,000 km or 1 year, but over time the foam crumbles.
