The 034Motorsport Direct Intake kit delivers fresh, cold air from outside the engine bay directly to your mechanicals via a high-flow, free-flowing intake tube. The 034Motorsport cold air intake system replaces the standard factory intake with a complete, high-output, high-flow X34 Carbon One-Piece intake system. As a ram air intake, it draws cold, dense air directly from the grille. During this time, the air box is partially open on the upper cover in order to provide, beyond increased performance, a sound that is often too sanitized from the original. This means that the intake air comes only from outside the engine compartment - not the hot air from the engine compartment which can affect unclosed intake designs. With the increased airflow of this system, you won't miss the sound of your dump valve opening as you release between gears.
