AdmissionWagner Tuningwas developed after consultation and support of the owners of the same vehicle as the title of the product sheet. We completely redesigned the air inlet path from the ducts to the filters and intake tubing. Air boxes and restrictive sheathing power supplies were replaced by a highly efficient system - fully sealed with soft transitions to allow the airflow to remain full and laminar. The resulting performance gains, sound and aesthetics are the best in the industry for this platform.

The systemWagner Tuninguses our carbon fibre boxes, they provide a highly efficient aerodynamic airflow path from filters to butterfly bodies. Our kits are not only a cone filter with a thermal shield but a unique design that invokes the Venturi effect.
Intake kitsWagner Tuninginclude high-speed filter(s), aluminium hoods, V flange, laser-cut supports and carbon caps themselves. The carbon caps wrap the filter back and gently shape the airflow to the intake tubing. This smooth reduction of the cross section is called the Venturi effect where the airflow accelerates while maintaining the laminar conditions. This can be considered a wide range of velocity.
The ducts channel the ambient air from the entrance vents to the filter housings. They adapt to the inside of the OEM tubing system and gently pass to the circular shape of the filter housing. In order to ensure a good seal against the heat of the engine compartment, the ducts also have a rubber edge around the openings that press against the filter housings, thus creating the desired seal while allowing the housings to move with the engine. These geometrically complex pieces are a key element of our design for this platform.
Thermal screens are used for two purposes: deviating the heat of exhaust collectors and providing a mounting surface for intake kitsEventuri. Laser cut from stainless steel, the shields provide a solid mounting point to secure the intake kits. In addition, using reflective material on the opposite side, the screens effectively block the radiant heat generated by the exhaust collectors, thus reducing heat absorption on carbon components.
All components onlyWagner Tuninginvented in the engine compartment, are there to produce a real improvement in the driving experience and provide an incredible visual display of the shape and function in perfect harmony. To add the final key to the engine compartment, we also produced matched carbon/kevlar engine caches and slam pane covers.
