The Cat Cams camshaft will allow you to significantly increase the performance of your vehicle.

When preparing the Cat Cams camshaft, two changes are observed: the valve lift and the opening angle.
Valve lift allows the opening length and angle to be changed, allowing less or more air to enter the combustion chamber.
You should know that more air entering therefore modifies the air/fuel mixture in the cylinders which increases the power at high revs.
Also, the greater the valve opening angle, the greater the air flow, which promotes the air/fuel mixture and therefore more power.
Therefore, for use in competition, leisure, circuit and other areas, the revs will be more pronounced, the character of your engine will be more aggressive and thus you will benefit from a better range of use which will become a real asset.

Billet steel camshafts. The VANOS (VVT) system on the intake camshaft changes the pitch from 120° to 80°. Data is shown for maximum intake retard (VVT off). The VANOS (VVT) system on the exhaust camshaft changes the pitch from 112° to 87°. Data is shown for maximum exhaust advance (VVT off). Verify that the valve-to-piston distance is at least 1 mm when VVT is engaged. Improper installation can cause serious engine damage!
