Here is our custom made avionics aluminum intake flap delete kit for OPEL 1.9 CDTI 16V 120hp engine (Z19DTJ) This kit has been specially designed and developed to work with the new " Pierburg" intake manifold for 1.9 CDTI 16V 120hp (Z19DTJ) engines from OPEL. It will allow you to remove the 5 intake valves from their housing and therefore protect your engine from breakage. The caps in this kit have been made from CNC aluminum so this makes them perfectly waterproof. They will clip on perfectly while following the instructions included in this kit. Plug&Play kit.
